Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, we accept returns only on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery to ensure the safety of all our customers. Please inspect your items upon arrival before opening the sterilized packaging to ensure they meet your expectations.

Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, heat-sealed clear plastic packaging; once the seal is broken or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for return.
